George Town

George Town in Malaysia was our first destination after we left Thailand in winter 2018. This multicultural capital of Penang state seemed like a great place to spend Christmas in, as it continuously maintains its reputation of being a foodie’s paradise. The dinner on Christmas Eve isn’t something we will remember for long, but the meals served on the street food stalls will be something to go back for. Another reason is street art or rather observing the people interacting with the wall paintings. It’s always great fun capturing these moments from a different angle.
