Who I share your data with

I do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for their marketing purposes. If you order prints on the website I will share your address details with our printing and framing partner for the purpose of shipping the order. I will use reputable companies to verify and process credit card transactions. In any case, these third parties are not authorized to use your information for any reason other than to perform their contractually assigned functions.

We may be required to disclose your personal information to third parties if necessary to comply with applicable laws, subpoenas or court orders.

What rights you have over your data

If you have subscribed to a newsletter you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data I hold about you. You can also request that I erase any personal data I hold about you. This does not include any data I am obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
