Than Daung Gyi

We made quite an appearance in Than Daung Gyi as there was no other tourist at the time we were visiting the village. Look at the map, this colonial hill station is far away from any road that leads to popular destinations in Myanmar and we had to hire a private car to get there. We stayed in a small guesthouse up on a hill, rented an old school motorbike from the owner and enjoyed the laid back mood of the village.
